Our main production system manufactures translucent, opal, blue, dense white and high gloss gel coat mirror finish elycold white.
All materials can be laser cut and screen printed.
Coil sizes – 2.55m wide x 40m length.
Approximate weight of a 40m coil is 200kg.
We are happy to supply any length cut from a 40m roll x 2.55m width.

USES OF FRP - GLASSFIBRE - FIBRE GLASS - GRP SHEET
The uses of translucent glassfibre sheet are endless; it is especially useful where natural light is required.
Architects have, for example, used the material for pop-up studios and partitions in offices and workspaces.
We have supplied Warner Brothers Film Studios, Belfast, London fashion week, Chelsea flower show and set designers for a Walt Disney production.
For stylistic purposes, opaque sheet has been used to reflect images. It is also possible to screen print onto both transparent and opaque sheet.
ELY cold white sheet is also used to repair camper vans and caravans. It is commonly used for horsebox ceilings and animal transportation vehicles.
The material has been used in stables, barns, workshops, animal pens and customers have also found it useful when building smoking areas at public buildings. It can be used in any situation where a hygenic surface is needed.
The material also has a high gloss mirror finish, and is easy to clean by hand, steam or pressure wash.
Not only can we supply natural translucent sheet but also various translucent colours. Blue is the most commonly used colour – it is used to cover lorries for livestock transportation.

The glassfibre FRP sheet shown above has many uses. Architects have used blue tint for illuminated signs and water features. White and elycold has been used for wall, floor and ceiling linings where an easy to clean hygienic surface is required. Translucent and opaque is used in the transportation industry for lorry and trailer roofs. The uses are endless, we have clients who construct solar panel covers and construction companies using the material for soffits, screens and various fabrication requirements.
The sheet is lightweight, easy to cut and install making it a most versatile soloution. For collection and delivery purposes lengths are rolled in a coil 2.55M in length, diameter dependent on length required.

London based 'Practice Architecture' used translucent FRP glassfibre sheet to construct the 24M long illuminated sign. With the material being easy to cut and install it proved the best soloution for the project. Construction was completed in April 2011. |
